Prices for postage and packing

The prices are inclusive of the statutory VAT plus a one-off flat rate for shipping according to the country of dispatch.

 

Delivery within the UK and to all other countries

We charge a one-off flat rate on shipping for deliveries within the UK.

The shipping costs for standard delivery are 3.90 € throughout the United Kingdom. We will choose the best shipping method for you. You can also choose a Priority delivery with tracking information or an Express Delivery by UPS (express costs are calculated depending on your postal code). Here is an overview of the shipping costs including international deliveries:

2: Customer information - Order process

Order process

The product can be put into your shopping cart by clicking the corresponding green icon, the availability is shown below.

After pressing the button you will be transferred to your shopping cart where the quantity of each item can be changed. Changing the quantity to ‚0‘ deletes the item from your cart. Then you can choose to continue shopping through clicking on the referred icon, while the amount of your items in your cart will stay the same, or finish your purchase by pressing ‚proceed to checkout‘ on the right. You can change your order while browsing through our assortment by clicking the “my cart” button on the top of the page.

If you’d like to finish your purchase click on “checkout” button on the top. Now you can login into an existing account with your login data, create a new account or proceed to checkout as a guest. If you do not already have an existing account we recommend you to create one.

In the second step you will be asked for your personal data. Mandatory fields are marked with *. Your data can be corrected anytime by pressing the “step 2”-button.

Once you have chosen your payment method you will be redirected to step 3 where you can final check your items, total amount of your order and shipping address. Your purchase is completed by pressing the “Buy now” button.

Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute any binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the 'Buy now' button in the final step of the order process, you indicate a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order is submitted. The purchase contract is concluded with our separate order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

Payment methods

The invoice amount can be paid either by PayPal, prepayment or credit card. Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is to be paid without any deductions within 7 days days after receipt of the invoice. When paying via credit card, the card is charged when we confirm the order.

Delivery

We deliver via UPS (carrier) or post. The delivery time is up to 5 working days within europe.

 

6: Customer information - Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

Right to cancel
You can return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the date you received the item. All goods must be returned in their original condition (with any seals and packaging intact). We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
