The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute any binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the 'place order' button in the final step of the order process, you indicate a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping basket. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after submitting the order. The purchase contract is concluded with our separate order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

Prices, payment information & reservation of proprietary rights

All prices are inclusive of the statutory VAT plus a one-off flat rate for shipping according to the country of dispatch (from 5.90 € within the UK).

The invoice amount is paid either via PayPal, prepayment or credit card. Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is to be paid without any deductions within 7 days days after receipt of the invoice. When paying via credit card, the card is charged when we confirm the order.

The delivered goods remain our property until complete payment.

Delivery

We deliver via UPS (carrier) or post. The delivery time is up to 5 working days.

Part-deliveries

If the products ordered are not all in stock, we are entitled to part-deliveries at our expense, insofar as is reasonable for you.

Cancellation policy

Right to cancel
You can return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the date you received the item. All goods must be returned in their original condition (with any seals and packaging intact). We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
